FAQ

Who does your sales team consist of?

Our sales team combines the experience of senior salespeople who oversee junior sales representatives. In this way, we can optimize the price vs. performance ratio for the needs of the startup.

What if you bring us too many customers and we don't manage to serve them?

We divide customers into several groups. First, we will bring you a small number of customers (usually up to 5), where you can try your service. At the same time, we already have other waiting customers in reserve with an interest in your product (usually 10 - 20), to whom you can offer your services as soon as they are verified on a small sample. We will dose other customers to you as you will be able to scale your business.

What if there won't be any interest in my product?

We promote a “fail fast” approach. If you fail early, you will your save time and money wasted on developing something that has no chance of succeeding in the market.

If you do not succeed in cooperating with us, you will most likely not succeed alone. We will be happy to provide you with information on other market opportunities.

Can we deal with customers directly?

Of course. We will only give you recommendations and agree on a code of ethics on how to deal with customers. Key customers will certainly appreciate the direct contact with the founders.

Isn't it better to use marketing? What about a Google / Facebook campaign?

Marketing is definitely a way to promote products for which we already know the market. In general, this type of marketing is more suitable for B2C services that have low commissions per customer. We can offer ways to combine marketing and business appropriately and connect you with a marketing agency that will take care of you, or provide you with general recommendations.

Are you something like an accelerator program?

We have chosen only a part of what acceleration programs do and we try to offer what most accelerators won't offer under such advantageous conditions. We therefore work in synergy with some accelerators. Unlike acceleration programs, cooperation with us isn't time-limited.
